1. Are all CHRONOS watches handmade?
Yes. Every CHRONOS timepiece is handcrafted by master horologists. Each watch is made to order or produced in a one-of-a-kind edition—no mass production, ever.
2. What is the average price of a CHRONOS watch?
Our watches range from $3,000 to $20,000 CAD, with most averaging around $10,000. Pricing depends on materials, design complexity, and customization.
3. How long does it take to receive my watch after ordering?
Since each piece is made to order, production typically takes 6–10 weeks. You will receive regular updates throughout the process.
4. Can I customize my CHRONOS watch?
Yes. Clients can choose themes, materials, and even request engraved messages. Some watches include hidden inscriptions or serial-coded legacy tags.
5. Where is CHRONOS based?
We are proudly located in Parksville, British Columbia, Canada, where each watch is assembled and tested.
6. Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Each CHRONOS timepiece comes with a 5-year limited warranty, covering craftsmanship and movement defects.
7. Are the watches water-resistant?
Most of our models are splash and dust resistant, but due to the artistic and handcrafted nature, we recommend avoiding full water submersion unless stated otherwise.
8. Do you make pocket watches as well?
Absolutely. CHRONOS also offers original, handmade pocket watches with the same quality and artistic integrity as our wristwatches.
9. Is there a way to verify authenticity?
Every watch includes a unique serial number, documentation of origin, and a certificate of authenticity signed by our head horologist.
10. Is there an oppotunity to visit the workshop?
At this time, our workshop is private. However, we occasionally host exclusive client previews and offer digital consultations by appointment.
