Welcome to CHRONOS. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from www.chronoswatches.ca, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to CHRONOS, based in Parksville, British Columbia, Canada.

  • “User”, “you”, “your” refers to any person using our website or purchasing products.

  • “Products” refer to CHRONOS watches, clocks, and related accessories.

 

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All CHRONOS products are either made to order or one-of-a-kind.

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and range between $3,000–$20,000, with most watches averaging around $10,000 CAD.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout using approved methods (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless it qualifies under our return/exchange policy.

 

3. Customization & Uniqueness

  • Each CHRONOS timepiece is handmade and unique.

  • Customization options (e.g., engravings, themes) are final upon order confirmation.

  • Minor variations in materials, patterns, or finish are part of the handmade nature of the product and not considered defects.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide from Parksville, BC.

  • Made-to-order items may take 2–6 weeks to craft before shipping.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your product ships.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@chronoswatches.ca.

  • We do not accept returns based on change of mind or aesthetic preferences.

6. Warranty

  • All CHRONOS timepieces include a 12-month craftsmanship warranty.

  • The warranty covers mechanical issues not caused by misuse or accidents.

  • Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, product designs, text, graphics, and images, is the property of CHRONOS and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of our content without written permission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

CHRONOS is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our products or website.

  • Delays in production or shipping due to natural disasters, supply chain interruptions, or customs issues.

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

 

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for illegal purposes or violate any laws.

  • Upload or transmit harmful code or spam.

  • Attempt to interfere with our website's functionality or security.

 

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to such processing.
